About
Our Intention
Our intention at Grace Riley is to care for the whole person, not just the treatment. By bringing together clinical expertise, aesthetics, functional wellness, and restorative practices, we create individualized experiences that honor the connection between how you look, how you feel, and how you experience yourself.
We believe wellness is not about becoming someone new. It is about creating the space, support, and understanding to reconnect with what may have been lost beneath the demands of everyday life so you can feel more grounded, confident, and at home in yourself.

The Grace Riley Method
Care that considers more of you.
At Grace Riley, we recognize that feeling well is rarely about just one thing. How you feel physically, emotionally, and energetically and how you feel when you look in the mirror can all be part of the same experience.
Our method brings together clinical expertise with functional, restorative, and aesthetic care, allowing us to look beyond a single concern and consider what you may need as a whole.
There is no one-size-fits-all path. We meet you where you are, listen to what matters to you, and create care that feels thoughtful, personal, and aligned with where you are in your life.
REGULATE · RESTORE · RECONNECT
These principles guide the Grace Riley experience creating space to find balance, replenish what has been depleted, and ultimately return to yourself.
Care designed around you.
Credentials
Family Nurse Practitioner
My approach to care has been shaped by both my clinical experience and my own life experiences. Together, they have taught me to look beyond the immediate concern, listen more closely, and care for the whole person, not just what brought them through the door.
Educational
My clinical foundation began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colby-Sawyer College, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner education at MCPHS University. Combined with 18 years in nursing and more than a decade in advanced practice, my education continues to serve as the foundation for an approach that is always evolving.
Expertise
Some of my greatest learning came from figuring out how to heal myself. My own experiences pushed me to look beyond what I already knew, explore different approaches to healing, and become deeply curious about the connection between the body, mind, and energy. What began as a personal search for understanding became years of learning, growth, and experience that ultimately shaped the way I care for others today.
Approach
It Starts With Listening.
I want to understand more than what brought you through the door. I want to know how you feel, what you’ve been experiencing, what matters to you, and what you hope to feel differently. There is no predetermined path or one-size-fits-all answer. My role is to listen, look at the bigger picture, and help create an approach that feels thoughtful, individualized, and right for you.
The Space Between
I've spent much of my career grounded in science and medicine, while my own experiences taught me there are parts of healing that aren't always easily measured or explained. I've learned that I don't have to choose between the two. The space between is where I allow clinical knowledge, curiosity, intuition, and the wisdom of the body to exist together and it has become an important part of how I understand wellness and care for others.
Transitions
Some of the most meaningful periods of growth happen in the spaces where life no longer looks the way it once did, but the next version has not fully taken shape. Transitions can come through loss, relationships, motherhood, career changes, shifts in identity, or simply realizing that what once worked no longer feels aligned. I believe these seasons deserve space, curiosity, and compassion. My role is not to tell someone who they should become, but to help them reconnect with themselves, listen to what their body and intuition may be communicating, and move through change with greater clarity and intention.
Where it all comes together...
My work has been shaped by years in medicine, my own experiences, and an ongoing curiosity about the many ways we heal. Grace Riley brings those perspectives together, allowing clinical knowledge, whole-person wellness, restorative practices, and intuition to exist in the same space.
CLINICAL
Grounded in education, experience, and evidence-informed care.
FUNCTIONAL
Looking beyond a single concern to understand the bigger picture.
RESTORATIVE
Supporting the body’s natural capacity to regulate, replenish, and restore.
INTUITIVE
Making space for awareness, connection, and what isn’t always easily measured.
